Job Description

Ellison Grey Concierge Services is currently recruiting an experienced and personable Receptionist for an immediate, temporary placement based in Hull, HU1. This is an excellent opportunity for a front of house professional to step into a busy, client-facing role with an ASAP start date and a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering, screening, and directing incoming telephone calls
• Managing sign-in procedures, visitor passes, and meeting room bookings
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier arrangements
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception area at all times
• Providing general administrative support to office and facilities teams
• Liaising with building management and security where required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front of house, or customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Smart, professional presentation at all times
• Confident telephone manner and strong organisational skills
• Basic IT proficiency (email, calendar management, Microsoft Office)
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on a temporary contract with an immediate start
