Job Description
Ellison Grey Concierge Services is currently recruiting experienced and personable Concierge staff for immediate placements across Canary Wharf, E14 — one of London’s busiest commercial and residential districts. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional, well-presented individuals who take pride in delivering a five-star front-of-house experience to residents, tenants, and visiting guests.
As a Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for the building, responsible for creating a warm, professional welcome while keeping day-to-day front desk operations running smoothly. Positions are available across day, evening, and weekend shifts, with immediate starts for candidates who are ready to go.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting residents, tenants, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Managing the front desk, sign-in procedures, and access control
- Handling deliveries, parcels, and post management
- Answering phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Liaising with building management, cleaning, and maintenance teams
- Monitoring CCTV and maintaining a visible, professional presence in reception
- Assisting with emergency procedures and evacuation protocols when required
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception/lobby area at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous concierge, front of house, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
- Smart, professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to shift patterns
- Confident using basic IT systems (visitor logs, email, building software)
- SIA licence is an advantage but not essential for all roles
- Right to work in the UK
