Ellison Grey Concierge Services is looking for a professional, well-presented Concierge to join a busy residential/commercial site in Battersea, SW8 on an immediate, temporary basis. This is a front-facing role, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering a first-class welcome to residents, visitors, and guests.
🧾 Job Description
As Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for the building, responsible for greeting residents and visitors, managing deliveries and post, monitoring access, and keeping the front-of-house area presentable at all times. You’ll work closely with the site management team to ensure a smooth, secure, and welcoming experience for everyone who enters the building.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- 👋 Welcoming residents, visitors, and guests in a professional, friendly manner
- 📦 Managing deliveries, parcels, and post handovers
- 🔐 Monitoring building access and maintaining security awareness
- 🧹 Keeping the reception and communal areas clean and presentable
- ☎️ Handling enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- 📋 Logging maintenance issues and liaising with the facilities team
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Previous concierge, front of house, or customer service experience preferred
- Smart, well-presented, and confident communicator
- Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately
